Open systems are healthy and resonate with the living fluid matrix inside our bodies (on earth and throughout the galaxy). In Continuum Movement we tune our organism to a broader band of health, thus creating new pathways of movement through innovation and undulation.
By the time many of us are in our forties, we have symptoms of illness or disease. Like asthma, chronic fatigue, arthritis, allergies, IBS, edema, joint pain.., the symptoms are information that we can use to navigate upstream and contact and dissolve the original source. The source may be an “adaptive pattern” that is creating a closed system where the organism is recycling the same information. These adaptive patterns are actually a form of paralysis often held in the breath. Adaptive patterns create tissue weakness. Weak tissue is vulnerable tissue. In Continuum Movement we teach and model breaths, sounds and movement that change this density of the tissue from a compressed state to tissue that moves like silk over the bones. Dissolving the patterns that created the weak tissue opens opportunities for health and for the organism to do something different (instead of the repetitive symptom). This creates an open system. Whether your needs are: to find an interesting way to move; self care & healing; connection; resurrection; or a cosmic dream, Continuum Movement offers resources for your particular conscious evolution.
Each Journey experience is unique and designed as an introduction for beginners as well as ongoing support for Continuum Movement devotees.
